Sony has introduced a new intelligent IP-video surveillance camera – the SONY SNC-CS50P. The Sony SNC-CS50P can detect unattended items and human movement with its built-in motion detection and object detection capabilities. Sony’s new IP-video camera can stream a high-resolution stream for local recording and viewing and a low-resolution stream that can be transmitted remotely over low bandwidth connections at the same time. The Sony SNC-CS50P supports power over Ethernet (PoE), which reduces the cost of installation
The camera’s other features include wireless and multicasting capabilities, IP filtering, an anti-tampering function, bi-directional audio and simultaneous access for up to 20 users.
